Nebraska: It Happens Here is a storytelling initiative showcasing pioneering young Nebraskans who are successfully chasing their dreams in the Cornhusker State. The high-impact video series features entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, non-profit leaders, legislators and others making a difference in their communities.

Whether the people being featured have lived in Nebraska all their lives, have returned after living in another state, or made the decision to start a new life here, each has a compelling, inspiring story that will resonate with audiences. The underlying message of this project is: if you can dream it, you can do it in Nebraska.

Nebraska Impact is part of Celebrating Nebraska Statehood Inc., a 501c(3) organization founded in 2015 by First Lady Susanne Shore. Our mission is to bridge communities, connect Nebraskans with one another and enhance state pride by implementing innovative statewide programming that will foster economic development, address workforce shortages, encourage volunteerism and respond to natural disasters.
